Please place your order at least 7 days in advance to ensure we can accommodate your request.
We currently do not have any service charges or SST. If there are any changes in this regard, we will keep you informed. However, additional charges may apply if you opt for extra services, such as waitstaff.
Our Buffet Menu with full setup, including warmers and cutlery, is available for orders of 60 guests or more. Please note that this setup does not include canopy, tables, or chairs. For orders of fewer than 60 guests, we recommend choosing our buffet delivery service rather than an on-site setup.
Yes, we offer complimentary canopy, tables, and chairs for orders of 100 guests or more. For orders below 100 guests, these items are not included.
We accommodate Delivery Catering orders for groups of 20 or more guests. The food is served in disposable aluminium trays and delivered ready-to-eat.
Delivery charges vary based on your venue’s location. However, you can contact our sales representative to inquire if it’s possible to waive the delivery charges for your order.
For buffet catering, our delivery will arrive approximately 1 hour before the start time to allow for setup and preparation. For delivery catering, the delivery time will be scheduled according to the agreed timing.
All food is prepared on the same day. If you require an earlier delivery, please contact us at +60147703588 or hello@easyfood.my at least 3 days before the delivery date to make arrangements.
Buffet catering setups, including warmers and trash, are collected immediately after the event. Canopy, tables, and chairs are typically collected the following day. We ensure that all tables and chairs are disassembled and arranged properly to avoid obstruction.
A standard buffet setup typically takes about 1 hour. For more detailed setups, the time required may vary. The Easy Food & Catering team will inform you of the expected setup time based on your specific requirements.

Please note that credit card payments may incur administrative fees. For more details, feel free to contact us.
For cancellations made within 3 days before the event, a fee of 50% of the invoice amount will be charged. Unfortunately, no refunds are available for cancellations made on the event date.
For buffet catering orders, a 50% prepayment is required no later than 7 days before the event date, with the remaining 50% to be settled before the event ends.
For all delivery catering orders, full prepayment is required no later than 7 days before the event date.
